Dos enchiladas de tortilla de maíz, rellenas con carne y bañadas en salsa roja. Cubiertas con lechuga, tomate, crema agria y guacamole. Se sirven con arroz y frijoles. / Two corn tortilla enchiladas stuffed with meat and smothered with red sauce. Topped with lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream and guacamole. Served with rice and beans.
